The Project Manager will run design and construction projects, support local in‑house and out‑of‑state brokers to help win business for the market office, and be tasked with finding new opportunities by tapping into local vendors and client contacts. This role involves managing industry‑changing projects from start to finish.
In this role you will lead and deliver challenging projects, contribute to project budgeting and scheduling, and oversee strategy and execution through construction completion. You will focus on the client experience by providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities and help create an energized, collaborative environment while refining work quality and cultural initiatives.
Required background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) and at least five years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with project‑management technology tools are essential. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Compensation is estimated between $105,000 and $135,000 per year, and the position is based on‑site in San Francisco, CA.
