Manage electrical infrastructure projects from LV-400kV.
Review and approve contractor invoices.
Compile employers' requirements and technical documentation.
Lead, coordinate, and monitor construction activities to meet programme, quality, and safety standards.
Delivery of HV/LV grid infrastructure projects.
Financial management of construction activities.
Mentor junior team members and promote company values.
Maintain real-time cost tracking, cashflow, risk registers, and progress reporting.
Chair weekly progress meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety rules, and project-specific requirements.
Support business development activities where required.
Support contract sign-off and tender stage validations.
Work closely with clients, DNOs, consultants, and internal teams.
Delivering complex grid and energy infrastructure projects for major utilities, developers, and private network operators.
