Description

The Part‑Time Warehouse Associate in Imperial, PA supports shipping, receiving, and inventory needs for installation and service teams. The role handles incoming and outgoing materials, operates forklifts and other equipment, maintains accurate inventory records, and ensures a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Receive and unload shipments of windows, doors, and bath products.
• Pull and stage products for upcoming installations and service appointments.
• Coordinate outbound shipments to various company locations.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Use the inventory management system to record, track, and update product data.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times.
• Verify quantities, noting shortages or damages for received, distributed, or shipped items.
• Assist with daily cycle counts and year‑end physical inventory audits.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and packaging of all materials.
• Load, unload, and move materials by hand or equipment as needed.
• Pick, stage, and ship items according to company standards and documentation.
• Prioritize safety by following policies, reporting incidents, and inspecting equipment.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation, including manifests and packing lists.
• Adhere to fleet safety requirements and keep company vehicles clean and compliant.
• Deliver materials to jobsites and company locations when required.
