The team lead plans, supervises, installs, and services residential photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems, as well as data collection and backup generator integration projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, engineering standards, local authority requirements, and NEC codes while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Review site surveys and permit plans before installation
Supervise safe installation of PV/ESS components per design, engineering, AHJ, and NEC requirements
Coordinate with Rooftop Team Lead and Operations Team to ensure quality customer experience
Strictly follow OSHA and company safety policies
Maintain organized work van, tools, equipment, and safety gear
Manage van inventory and coordinate material needs with field supervisor and warehouse manager
Complete project take‑off sheets, install photos, and close‑out documentation
Follow electrical line diagrams and specifications to install high‑quality PV and ESS systems efficiently
Keep workspaces and job sites clean
