• Lead planning activities across projects and tenders.

• Supporting long-term development strategies for the business.

• Support governance and reporting requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Implementing appropriate programme delivery environments, including People, Organisation, Process, Information, and Technology.

Requirements

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Industry experience and/or qualifications relevant to planning and project controls.
• Strong understanding of scheduling techniques and project controls.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Possessing advanced health and safety knowledge relevant to our projects.
• Ability to integrate risk management into planning processes.
• Leadership competencies demonstrating behaviors such as Curiosity, Collaboration, and Championing.
• Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ability to create and deliver persuasive and engaging presentations to a wide range of audiences.
• Knowledge of construction project lifecycle and dependencies.
