The Role

Overview

Supervises construction crews and subcontractors on structural repair projects.

Tasks

-Supporting and driving behavioural safety on site. -Proactively identifying and resolving issues on site. -Monitoring progress, reporting updates, and driving achievement of project goals. -Briefing out construction method statements to ensure efficient and safe delivery. -Ensuring works are constructed in line with contract drawings, specifications, and the Project Management Plan. -Day-to-day control, planning, organisation, and supervision of internal resources and subcontractors. -Maintaining site housekeeping and managing waste segregation. -Promoting and applying Health, Safety & Environmental procedures and fostering a strong safety culture.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage individual scheme costs. -Strong understanding and management of Health and Safety, including Behavioural Safety. -Experience in delivering structural repair/specialist repair projects. -Ability to lead, communicate and influence others to deliver targets. -Experience working on infrastructure schemes. -Ability to manage individuals and teams efficiently.
