Prepare U.S. individual, corporation, partnership, fiduciary and other tax returns.
Responsible for the completion of tax returns under supervision.
Communicate with senior associates, managers, senior managers, and partners on status of projects.
Communicate with clients regarding tax return information and status.
Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.
Actively working toward education and requirements for CPA certification.
Understanding of state and federal taxes.
Broad exposure to federal income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following Basic Qualifications
Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in public accounting.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
Become familiar with IRC sections and regulations.
This position requires flexibility in work hours, particularly during peak tax seasons. Overtime is expected and may be necessary to meet critical filing deadlines and client needs.
