Manager - Maintenance at Sterlite in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India | Kablio

Role

Description

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations.
Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Continuously analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements.
Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies (using vibration analysis, thermal imaging, etc.).
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Assist in planning and executing machine upgrades, installations, and plant expansions.
Ensure optimal performance of all plant machinery, including wire drawing machines, annealing units, stranding machines, extrusion lines, and related utilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns with minimal production downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
