Position the program and team with the client to facilitate growth and long-term partnership for the remaining term of the contract.
Work with the client’s leadership team in the identification and delivery of business improvement initiatives.
Lead, direct and manage pre-contracts and operational activities to deliver objectives of growth, consistent performance, zero harm and optimisation.
Leadership and coaching of people/teams and drive performance improvement and generate a program culture that aligns all employees on success for team.
Develop one team culture within the team and ensure consistent behaviour and execution of works in line with the agreed systems and processes.
Lead the operations to ensure the project delivers on quality, time, budget and to our clients’ expectation.
Build successful relationships with the client to understand program objectives and steer the team to deliver it. Influence Stakeholders within and develop strategies to enable consistent pipeline of works.

Solid understanding and demonstration of successful Project Directorship and Project Management skills
