Facilities Manager

Description

• Build and maintain relationships with key client and customer base.
• Implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with UK standards.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations of building systems and infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and meet UK green targets.
• Collaborate with Soft Services, Catering and cross‑functional teams to optimise workplace experience.
• Ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in UK facilities management, including multi‑site oversight.
• Strong knowledge of UK building systems such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Proficiency with facility management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven problem‑solving, decision‑making and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sustainability and energy‑management initiatives aligned with UK standards.
• Knowledge of smart building technologies, IoT applications and UK project‑management methodologies.
• Ability to analyse data and report performance metrics.
