Prepare engineering design documents, plans, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.
Support proposal preparation and assist in compiling technical content.
Assist in developing planning documents, design reports, and permitting packages.
Track project schedules, deliverables, and quality-control procedures to ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with subconsultants, agencies, and internal teams as required.
Coordinate with senior engineers and project managers to develop solutions and maintain project quality.
Participate in project meetings and communicate directly with clients and stakeholders.
Follow established technical guidance and apply industry-standard approaches for W/WW infrastructure.
Address routine client questions and help troubleshoot basic project issues.
Support the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing client contacts.
Provide peer review support or assist with independent technical reviews.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
EIT required; PE license or pursuit of PE is preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with municipalities or public-sector clients on infrastructure projects.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
