BIM Manager | Award-winning Practice | Dublin City

Description

Our client is seeking a strong BIM Manager to guide the practice’s digital strategy, leading the development of firmwide BIM standards and ensuring compliance with ISO 19650. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on support to project teams across all stages.

You will champion digital innovation, overseeing BEPs, coordination and project mobilisation, while driving the adoption of new technologies such as AI and automation.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in a BIM leadership role, ideally in an architectural / AEC environment
• Must be able to develop and manage BIM policy, standards, and documentation firmwide
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Strong technical proficiency across Revit, Navisworks, and CDE
• Experience leading teams, assessing competencies, and delivering structured BIM training
• Prior experience in overseeing projects from inception through to Site is needed
• Proven track record in implementing ISO 19650 standards
