Extensive experience in major project commercial management, including Joint Ventures, Design & Construct and Alliance delivery models.
Strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills to secure work and drive organisational change.

Relevant experience in client side (contractor) commercial management that will assist the successful execution of this role.
Positively motivated with the ability to sustain team morale during periods of high workload.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering, construction, or commercial management, ideally with consultancy background or major infrastructure project experience.
Relevant commercial management experience within a consulting business environment.
Experience developing and leading winning business and operating strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
Deep involvement in dispute strategy, claims preparation, negotiation, conflict resolution and settlement with external parties.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including understanding of economic and political trends impacting the local market.
