Tasks

-Support configuration audits and ensure compliance with established practices and standards. -Generate reports and records upon request to support projects or personnel qualifications. -Ensure all changes are documented, tracked and implemented to maintain system integrity and compliance. -Ensure all records are properly cataloged for specific projects or regulatory compliance -Develop and organize Configuration Management tools and processes in support of records retention. Analyze, document and maintain accurate records of system configurations to optimize performance and minimize errors.

What You Bring

-Education & Experience Required:Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience preferred.High School Diploma/GED required with 10 or more years’ relevant experience and the completion of the relevant progression program. -Customer Centric (internal and/or external) -Thorough background and understanding of Records Management and the retention requirements of CFR-192 Gas Pipelines, ASME B1.8 Gas Piping -Work independently without close supervision -Ability to communicate required needs to Avangrid’s Pipeline Constructors and hold their organizations responsible for on time documentation and content quality. -Ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and initiate appropriately. -High School Diploma/GED required with 10 or more years’ relevant experience and the completion of the relevant progression program. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain solid working relationships with contractors. Work to improve the communication and coordination of policies and procedures to contractors. -Excellent organizational skills reviewing Regulatory Records for completeness and CWPs (Construction Work Packages) for Records Management / Retention. -General knowledge of industry codes including ASME, API, Hazmat, and OSHA. -Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience preferred.
