The role requires a team‑first attitude, the physical ability to work on ladders, lift and carry equipment, and basic qualifications such as a high school diploma or GED with 0–3 years of related experience. Candidates must be able to follow basic written and verbal directions and work safely on ladders up to 40 feet.
