The Maintenance Supervisor at Sofi Belmont Glen is responsible for delivering maintenance support and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role oversees move‑in quality, timely service requests, and personalized attention to residents, helping Cushman & Wakefield maintain superior customer service.
Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping; completing resident service requests promptly; and maintaining knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, pool, and life‑safety systems. The supervisor also keeps grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks clean and safe, performs on‑call emergency procedures, and reports budget‑impacting maintenance issues to management.
The position requires the ability to work any shift from Sunday to Saturday, understand safe use of cleaning agents, perform basic math calculations, and hold a valid driver’s license. Employees must follow all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and may need certifications such as CPO or EPA 608 Type II.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, GED, or technical/vocational training, plus at least three years of related maintenance experience. Required certifications include EPA 608 Type II or an equivalent CPO credential, and the ability to lift, carry, or move up to 100 lb regularly.
The role operates in a professional office environment but frequently requires travel between properties and work in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and remaining stationary for up to 85 % of the time, with occasional travel up to 10 %.
Cushman & Wakefield offers a comprehensive benefits package—including health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts—along with competitive pay ranging from $25.50 to $30.00 per hour, subject to experience and location.
