The Maintenance Supervisor at Sofi Belmont Glen is responsible for delivering maintenance support and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role oversees move‑in quality, timely service requests, and personalized attention to residents, helping Cushman & Wakefield maintain superior customer service.
Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping; completing resident service requests promptly; and maintaining knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, pool, and life‑safety systems. The supervisor also keeps grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks clean and safe, performs on‑call emergency procedures, and reports budget‑impacting maintenance issues to management.

- Complete resident service requests quickly and professionally.
- Perform preventative maintenance and record activities.

Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and remaining stationary for up to 85 % of the time, with occasional travel up to 10 %.
