We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Attorney to support legal operations and provide counsel to our executive team. This role will work closely with senior leadership on contract review, policy analysis, and regulatory compliance. Strong legal writing skills and a background in real estate or corporate law are highly preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Background in real estate, corporate, or regulatory law strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience practicing law in a firm or in-house setting.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active membership in any U.S. state bar (California Bar preferred).
  • Exceptional legal writing, contract drafting, and document review skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
