
Working closely with the Property Management team, you will also be responsible for processing lease renewals and releasing deposits ensuring that all charges and costs have been deducted. You will also liaise with third-party suppliers ensuring their invoices are promptly uploaded and processed through Foxtons’ in-house database.
As an Accounts Assistant in our Property Management and Accounts department, you will be allocated a portfolio of properties for which you will have responsibility of all accounting transactions. You will work with the team processing all payments between Foxtons, landlords, and tenants during the length of the tenancy such as rent payments and commission charges.
Our Property Management and Accounts department manages over 25,000 tenancies so you must enjoy working in a lively and fast-paced environment in a highly service-driven industry. We require you to have a strong mathematical aptitude, familiarity with Excel and accounting databases, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
