As Production Manager, you’ll be a leader of leaders, responsible for coaching and developing frontline supervisors, fostering a culture of safety and accountability, and delivering operational excellence that supports our customers and communities.

You’re an experienced and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You balance strong operational know-how with a commitment to developing and engaging others whilst building capability and delivering for customers. You lead by example, with a focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- demonstrated ability to lead through change, driving improved productivity and operational efficiency
- extensive experience in production management - ideally within manufacturing or roll-forming coupled with a desire for long-term growth
