What you would be doing
network support

Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall, and wireless access points.
Support the Network Solutions team in maintaining customer hardware, software, and other systems.
Learn the unique requirements of the OT space (plant floor) as compared to IT (Enterprise).
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and sales force inquiries via telephone and email.
Create and update training materials on a regular basis.
Networking events with internal and external customers and your intern team
Learn the principles outlined in the Cisco/Rockwell/Panduit Converged Plantwide Ethernet guide, the candidate will design, configure, deploy and troubleshoot plant floor network topologies as required.
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support for customer managed services and projects.
Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and other peripherals
