- Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
- Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall, and wireless access points.
- Support the Network Solutions team in maintaining customer hardware, software, and other systems.
- Learn the unique requirements of the OT space (plant floor) as compared to IT (Enterprise).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and sales force inquiries via telephone and email.
- Create and update training materials on a regular basis.
- Networking events with internal and external customers and your intern team
- Learn the principles outlined in the Cisco/Rockwell/Panduit Converged Plantwide Ethernet guide, the candidate will design, configure, deploy and troubleshoot plant floor network topologies as required.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support for customer managed services and projects.
- Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and other peripherals
