Aftersales Manager – Trucking & Trailer Industry

Description

• Develop, train, and support a network of authorised service centres and workshops to ensure consistent service standards and customer satisfaction
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify service improvements and new aftermarket opportunities
• Create relevant training processes, content, and materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and develop the national aftermarket and service network for trucks, trailers, buses and commercial vehicles across Australia and New Zealand
• Conduct site visits, performance reviews, and audits of partner facilities to ensure compliance, safety, and service quality across the network

Requirements

Based in Southeast Melbourne, this role would suit someone with a strong understanding of the Australian trucking landscape, including workshops, service centres, and fleets. You’ll oversee partner performance, lead technical training programs, and enhance customer satisfaction across Australia and New Zealand.

• Formal qualification or demonstrated experience in training, with the ability to design and implement technical training programs
• Trade qualification or degree in Commercial Vehicle Technology, Diesel Fitting, Auto Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage dealer and customer relationships, providing high-level technical support, and improving service performance
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business plans
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, dealerships, service centres, workshops or fleet customers within the trucking, trailer, bus or commercial vehicle industry in a technical role
