As part of the product team, the Senior Business/Product Analyst will play an important role in empowering the business to make data-driven decisions about our products, pricing strategies, customer management, and business priorities. You will use your curiosity and analytical skills to support major company initiatives from defining and monitoring product performance metrics to ensuring the best decisions are made in product management.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

Assess data availability and quality, and work with IT to ensure required data sets are available
Monitor for data accuracy, timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with product management and business leadership to understand data needed to make the best decisions.
Work directly with internal teams to provide intermediate level analysis and reporting as necessary.
Recommend, develop, create and implement standard reporting for routine product and business reports. Recommend, develop, create and implement ad hoc reports as business conditions require.
Analyze and visualize data to generate actionable insights for business partners.

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Business Analytics
