Conduct job evaluations and benchmark roles to market.
Serve as primary system administrator for MPWA’s compensation management software.
Support development of compensation communications and tools to help employees understand their total rewards package.
Support annual compensation processes including annual salary review and bonus cycles.
Perform analysis on current and future compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and as well as internal and external competitiveness and equity.
Support and enhance monthly human resources reporting.
Partner with Human Resource and cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide compensation projects and initiatives.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other similar HRIS software.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
1-2 years’ experience in analytical, math, or human resource’s analytics role.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Statistics or related field.
Familiarity with data-driven creative optimization and performance reporting.
Experience with compensation management software is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Supporting hydrogen hubs (Pacific Northwest, Gulf Coast) to enable utility-scale clean hydrogen production, storage, and transport
