Ensure compliance of all Health & Safety Legislation and procedures and assist and support audit processes.

To provide regular and effective feedback to the Managing Director on the performance management of the contracts for all aspects of service delivery, staff management and legal compliance.

Act as mediator in possible conflict scenarios.
Deal with day-to-day staff management issues i.e., recruitment, discipline and development of the site(s) based staff as well as carrying out assessments/appraisals, capability, and grievance issues.
Liaise with clients on a regular basis to ensure their needs are being met and MSS are offering all possible service lines into the client portfolio
Provide guidance to the site teams in delivering the service in a timely manner and in accordance with the contract expectations.
Lead the strategic transition of the business from a sole provider of ‘Soft FM’ services to a ‘Total FM’ offering incorporating ‘Hard FM’ services
Conduct Team Meetings to agreed frequencies and attend all contractual meetings as required
Act as the Authority and point of contact and liaise with clients and their representatives at regular and ad hoc meetings.
Produce monthly and ad hoc reports, collating and validating data and documentation. To include but not limited to FM services, additional hours, utilities, damage, lifecycle, variations, and benchmarking data.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Undertake employee welfare discussions.
Completing return to work meetings effectively.
Ensure controls are in place including audits to monitor the management and delivery of the services provided by MSS and their subcontractors.

A strong understanding of SHEQ requirements/legislation.
