Description

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Wash dishes, china, flatware, crockery, and kitchen vessels.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean and detail equipment.
• Maintain kitchen, dishwashing, and back‑of‑house areas to inspection‑ready standards.
• Ensure sanitation, remove trash, and provide clean, dry utensils stored correctly.
• Set up daily china, glassware, and silverware for all outlets.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and monthly inventory checks.
• Maintain equipment, safety protocols, chemical storage, and concentration logs.
• Adhere to company policies, safety, health, and security standards.

Requirements

• Minimum three months experience in a high‑end restaurant, resort, or private club.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lb, stand/walk >4 hours, and perform bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
