We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is critical in aligning people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture across multiple countries. The HRBP will partner with business and functional leaders to build workforce capabilities, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws while supporting a unified global HR framework.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring collaboration with diverse teams across India, Southeast Asia, and the broader APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong regional exposure, cultural agility, and a passion for enabling people success in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strategic yet hands-on HR professional with global mindset.
- Skilled in balancing global consistency with local flexibility.
- Strong understanding of regional employment laws and HR practices across multiple APAC and middle east markets (e.g., India, KSA Australia, Shanghai and Israel).
- High adaptability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- 10–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a regional HRBP or HR leadership role across APAC countries.
- Ability to operate in a matrixed, global organization with cross-cultural collaboration.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (Workday, SAP, or equivalent).
- Culturally agile and empathetic communicator.
- Proven experience working in renewable energy or technology sectors.
