Vendor grooming and real time monitoring of services and periodic reviews and ensure adherence to SLA.
Ensure discipline, proper attire, and etiquette in the staff under them.
Carried out BGV Support staff skill assessment track record monitoring reports to be radiable all such cases.
Monitor that the staff is cleaning in the required manner to ensure that the surfaces are maintained in the best possible way and to enhance their endurance.
Generate Monthly Management Reports in the agreed format to the FM.
Assists in managing preparation of schedules and workloads for housekeeping staff ensuring maximum efficiency.
Daily basis take employee feedback form from the client as per the expectations.
SE Diss tool base raising the ticket monitor and share the weekly update.
Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Housekeeping and Cafeteria etc. and initiate immediate rectification actions.
Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls
Adhere to the SE / JLL procurement procedures.
Prepares and reviews daily housekeeping reports. (weekly & monthly reports)
Check if the various checklists are filled at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.
Assists in the training and development of all housekeeping janitors /Chamber maids.
All equipment’s should be working condition monitor the regular basis. ( service record should be maintain)
Brief all Supervisors at the end of each shift.
Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints.
Co-ordinate with CL leaders/ plant head complaints and takes corrective action when necessary.
Take rounds of the Shop floor & warehouse to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeep.
Ensure orders are dispatched in time and follow up with the stores to ensure timely supply.
