Support junior developers by answering questions, reviewing work, and sharing technical knowledge
Design, develop, and optimize business solutions and reports with minimal supervision
Integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs, partner data feeds, and internal services
Work closely with business to clarify requirements, propose technical solutions, and estimate effort
Enhance existing applications by refactoring code, improving performance, and modernizing code
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote development best practices
Create reusable code modules, libraries, and tests to improve code quality and maintainability
Develop and maintain advanced SSRS reports, including parameterized and subscription reports
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, using logging, tracing, and SQL diagnostics
Contribute to data validation processes and ensure accuracy across reporting and data pipelines

Loan origination/servicing support experience helpful but not mandatory
Minimum 4 years of experience working with object-oriented programming language
Minimum 3 years of experience using Visual Studio .NET to create applications
Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interpret and apply published rules, regulations, and industry guidelines
Proficient at writing ad-hoc SQL Queries in PL-SQL or T-SQL
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
