Predictive/Preventive Maintenance and Reliability Engineering experiences are highly desired.
5 years’ work experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environment required.
Being able to work rotating or night shifts
Computer literacy—MRP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos
Possesses strong change management skills.
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
Logic, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
Experience operating heavy industry process equipment is a plus (Coke/Coal fired blast furnaces (Cupola) Air Compressors and distribution, and several process water supply systems).
Ability to create and drive change and effectively communicate to all levels in the organization.
Six Sigma Green Belt and continuous improvement experience preferred.
Being able to work rotating or night shifts.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Discipline or Technology Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical maintenance) or an equivalent combination of training and experience highly preferred.
Behaves consistently with desired Owens Corning leadership characteristics and competencies
Completed High School Diploma or GED required
Must be highly organized and able to adapt to constantly changing demands and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to motivate the team and be viewed as a clear and credible communicator.
Three (3) – Five (5) years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
