  • Align and coordinate transformation efforts across regions and business units, leveraging synergies and ensuring consistency
  • Develop and deliver digital communication plans for the Head of Finance of Transformation of Industry (CFO) and Finance Leadership Team (TI FLT).
  • Oversee the selection, integration, and optimization of financial systems, data structure and completeness and digital tools to enhance transparency, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing associated risks effectively.

  • Build frameworks for ongoing evaluation, iterative improvement, and feedback loops, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the governance owner for finance data domains, application landscape, and resource/project budget processes.
  • Broker resource and capacity exchange within and beyond the finance function, attracting top talent and building development paths.
  • Drive and manage central transformation projects, providing resources, knowledge, and budget support for decentralized initiatives.
  • Lead data management and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI and advanced technologies to revolutionize financial steering, reporting, analysis, and operations.
  • Partner with HR to design and implement digital finance talent development, including rotational and leadership initiatives.
  • Own the finance transformation project portfolio, providing oversight and accountability for deadlines, deliverables, and risk management.
  • Define and communicate a joint vision and strategy for the “Finance of the Future” across all Transformation of Industry functions and businesses including data strategy and management for finance and intersectional data domains.
  • Define and manage competency profiles for finance transformation roles.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and apply a governance framework to prioritize and execute transformation projects, ensuring visibility, alignment, and seamless integration.
  • Develop and drive the implementation roadmap to achieve transformation goals, balancing business focus and standardization.

  • Minimum 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on finance transformation, digital finance, or process improvement in a multinational environment.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of finance operations, systems, and digital technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
