Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan
Develop options and implement solutions
Occasionally push, pull, carry, and maneuver heavy loads up to 50 lbs. with the use of assistive devices
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical (electrical and mechanical for Multi-Techs) malfunctions on all facilities, cushion vinyl line equipment and LVT Tile Line Equipment
Install, dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment as required
Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. in the normal course of work/travel, operate mobile equipment
Perform all types of mechanical maintenance, including but not limited to changing bearings, belts, gears, hoses, chains, pulleys, and airlines

Valid PA driver’s license
Associate degree or 3+ years of skill-related experience
Must be able to talk, hear, read, write and comprehend English
Maintain regular and punctual attendance (consistent with ADA and/or FMLA)
Must have the visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect product produced
Communicate effectively
Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
