Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports
Undertake quantitative and qualitative safety, environment, and quality risk assessment to ensure acceptable quality of structures and finishes
Responsible to develop and implement construction delivery to achieve quality, safety, timely production and compliance with budgets.
Monitor quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material such as concrete and reinforcement, check design drawings, construction and specifications against site plans and conditions and arrange corrections or modifications where necessary
Assign work and assist with reviews for accuracy and adherence to required standards of supplier, subcontractor quotations/purchase orders as well as subcontractor arrangements
Develop construction methods and engineering concepts to safely and cost effectively deliver packages of work
Write, review and present construction methods to relevant stakeholders

Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Construction site experience is desirable.

Demonstrate financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions
