  • Take charge of issue resolution promptly, maintaining communication with all stakeholders to minimize impacts on project timelines and increase customer satisfaction
  • Drive end user preference for Hubbell products
  • Promote Hubbell’s Product Portfolio to increase product approvals, promote project management capabilities, and applications of products
  • Review, organize, and present project quote proposals; including terms and conditions, testing, product offering, and delivery schedules
  • Assist Project Services Director in project planning/forecasting and the development of a strategic growth strategy
  • Develop and execute a short-term and long-term plan for overall market share growth
  • Oversee project management aspects, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and seamless integration of sales projects into CRM
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships backed by key performance indicators and exceptional support
  • Conduct project closeouts, evaluating key performance indicators to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement on future bids
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and/or information on market trends
