

Global specialty chemicals firm supplying fuel additives, oilfield services and performance chemistries
Monitor stock levels, ensuring safety stock targets and aged/damaged inventory are effectively managed.
Replenish raw materials and finished goods across European sites.
Liaise with the Customer Service team to resolve supply issues and provide solutions.
Assist the Planning Manager with ongoing improvement initiatives.
Support broader planning processes through data analysis and reporting.
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Planning team within the Supply Chain department at Innospec. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our global operations, helping to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities across a portfolio of assets in the Performance Chemicals business.
Plan and manage production to meet customer demand, optimising batch sizes and raw material use.
Proactive in problem-solving and solution-finding
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or within a team
Strong communicator with good analytical and Excel skills
Basic knowledge of supply/demand planning or S&OP is desirable
You’ll have the opportunity to manage your work-life balance as we offer 20% working from home, plus flexible start and end times between 7am – 7pm, working Monday -Friday, 7.5 hours per day.
