Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to secure strategic accounts and partnerships.

Develop and manage the project budget while allocating resources to effectively support sales objectives.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure product market fit and effective sales strategies.
Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Support all BESS projects nationally.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and alignment with financial goals.
Set clear and measurable sales targets, both short-term and long-term, and create actionable plans to achieve them.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of successful sales leadership with a minimum of (5) years of experience in sales management and (5) years in a senior leadership role.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Professional Engineering membership, P. Eng or P.E, is preferred
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
