Maintain and clean community grounds, homes, and assist residents.
Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
Participate in all community maintenance duties, including housekeeping, groundskeeping, and make readies.
Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
