Assist with Safety Audits, LOTO, confined space assessments, and other safety oversight related tasks
Perform indoor air quality and moisture intrusion assessments, industrial hygiene qualitative and quantitative assessments, chemical and noise exposure
Assist with Abatement/Demolition Oversight
Assist with hazardous building material inspections for asbestos, lead paint, PCBs and other hazardous/regulated materials
Will frequently be performing duties as part of a team in the field at client buildings, construction sites, roadways, bridges, etc.

Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Health, Health Science, Toxicology, Safety, or related science field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
OSHA 10 or 30-hour Training
Ability to adjust to changing daily schedule (work is normal day shifts, but locations change regularly)
HAZWOPER 40-hour training
Applicants for this intern role must possess a clean driving record.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, solution-focused, detail orientated person
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills
Must be at least 21 years old
Have your own reliable Motor Vehicle (Majority of daily travel will be to sites throughout the State of Connecticut with the potential for day travel to Massachusetts or other neighboring states)
