Manage procurement risks and ensure conflict-of-interest policies are upheld
Represent procurement in governance forums
Influence decision-makers and promote early engagement with procurement

Commercial acumen and experience in supplier negotiations
Experience with NEC4 or NEC3 contract suites.
Ability to manage risk and influence at senior levels
Strong understanding of regulated procurement environment (PA23, UCR16) and sustainable procurement practices
Proven experience in leading procurement strategy and delivery for large-scale infrastructure or complex capital projects (water, utilities, major civils, energy, or transport)
Educated to degree level or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications (MCIPS or equivalent)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in infrastructure or regulated environments is desirable
