- Act as the HV Authority for the project to ensure HV processess and procedures are maintained and regularly audited for compliance
- Test and Commission the following systems to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget:
- Ensure the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and work instructions are applied throughout the test and commissioning engineering life cycle.

- Experience in setting to Work and Dynamic Testing of a new underground railway system
- Registered as a practicing RPEQ engineer
- Station and tunnel earthing and bonding
- Minimum 5 years relevant testing and commissioning experience, and;
- Able to prepare Management Plans, Sub-plans and Test Scripts
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, and;
- Post graduate qualifications in high voltage installations and management desirable
