Tasks

-Provide site information such as directions, maps, parking, and contact details. -Schedule and coordinate site-specific orientations. -Communicate with staffing agencies and suppliers regarding new contract personnel. -Escort non-company personnel and visitors as needed. -Coordinate IT setup and support (e.g., submitting ServiceNow requests, laptop/software orders).
