The Framework HS&E Manager, reporting to the Head of HS&E, will be a senior leader responsible for health, safety and environmental performance across the framework, shaping and executing the HS&E strategy, and collaborating with internal teams, clients, supply‑chain partners and regulators while contributing to the wider Group strategy.
The ideal candidate brings senior‑level HS&E leadership experience in infrastructure, water or a similarly regulated sector, a track record of developing and delivering HS&E strategies and management systems, strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, analytical ability, and deep knowledge of legislation, risk management and performance reporting.
