- Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues
- Lead in all phases of design, from concept to completion
- Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction

A high-end design focused firm is looking for a passionate designer to join their residential team working on multi-family projects. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design and able to manage multiple luxury residential projects throughout all phases.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant professional experience
- AutoCAD proficiency is required
- 2-4 years of Project Management experience
- Design and construction documentation
- Experience on both interior and exterior aspects of projects is essential
- Ground-up residential experience is a plus
- Experience with all phases of design and construction
- Private residential interior architecture experience is a plus
- Luxury Multi-Family and/or Hotel experience is mandatory
- Strong design, communication, and technical skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
