Knowledge of EPA and various state CCR regulations (TN, AL, GA, VA, and NC).
Subject matter expert in one or more specific areas of remedial engineering, geology, or chemistry (e.g., site optimization, critical process analysis, risk, and exposure assessment, HRSC, biological processes, system upgrades and technology advancements, etc.).
Demonstrates leadership qualities that instill confidence from clients, subconsultants/vendors, and employees.
Experience in determining material strength properties and evaluating stability of CCR basins.
5+ years in a project management role and client relationship management role.
Large civil construction and earthwork engineering experience.
Demonstration of subject matter expertise for the analysis, design, installation, and operation of treatment strategies for wastes in soil, groundwater, air, sediment, drinking water, and providing engineering and scientific expertise to protect human health and the environment.
Understand client needs and support project principals to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
Professional Engineering or Professional Geologist license preferred.
10+ years progressive experience in Civil, Environmental or Geotechnical engineering with extensive technical background in field of expertise.
B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil, Structural, Environmental, Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
