Knowledge of good design practices and experienced with DFMEA. Solid OEM / ODM / CM experience.
Six Sigma (DFSS) Green Belt certification or professional certification in System engineering with actual project experience is a plus.
Result oriented and disciplined team worker, ability to work independently and with cross-functional team.
Minimum four years’ experience in a Systems Engineering role, or a role having overall systems responsibility involving electrical (analog and digital), firmware, software and mechanical development disciplines
Experience in the various areas of a product lifecycle (Definition, Development, Test, Production, Services)
Knowledge of performing risk management, various Safety and EMC IEC standards, and verification and validation of product
Open mindset and positive ‘can do’ attitude
Structuring and supporting execution of these activities in multidisciplinary teams, as leading systems engineer. Able to guide and mentor young engineers in the team.
Minimum 5 years engineering / R&D experience in a rigorous quality-focused environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the design meets their expectations and needs,
Working knowledge of design for EMI/EMC , Design for reliability, and Usability
Ability to present and articulate product innovation ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team
Hand on experience in System Engineering activities of assigned product(s)/product line(s) as per the global system engineering process and should work with System architect to handle System design activities for Product lifecycle
