Report any Safety or Environmental incidents in management systems; inform key stakeholders and work with the Owner and Contractor(s) on remediation plans.
Monitoring and tracking of construction progress, identifying and alerting the Project Manager of any delays as needed.
Support the Project Manager with project planning deliverables such as Outage Staging, Construction Management, Constructability Reviews as well as evaluating, negotiating, quantifying and approving claims.

Tracking and reviewing any contemplated changes during construction, creating progress reports and identification and mitigation of construction risks.
Coordinate completion and handover process, including inspections, deficiency lists, handover documentation. If acting as Prime Contractor, ensure all the requirements of Prime Contractor are in place for the project.
