Interstate and/or international experience on major capital works infrastructure projects
Relevant Engineering tertiary qualifications
Strong, clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
At least 15 years experience in the design and delivery of major projects with experience in leading multidisciplinary design teams and the delivery of major infrastructure projects
Strong commercial skill, with an ability to identify and decisively handle project risks and opportunities as they arise
AU Citizenship to ensure appropriate security clearances for Defence projects
Experience in the delivery of projects using 3D design tools and a detailed understanding of BIM processes and workflows is essential
A broad range of experience, including exposure to both consulting and contracting would be highly regarded. Experience in managing subconsultants and secondary consultants ideal
