Lead and manage highway and roadway projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience with DOT project design and plan preparation requirements
Proven ability to successfully lead and deliver projects on time and within budget
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure (or the ability to obtain within six months)
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
