You report progress to the Project Procurement Manager as required during the entire life of the project. You monitor the execution of the Purchase Order and proactively raise alerts to implement action plan in case of potential issue (such as schedule, cost, quality, contract…).

The Senior Project Procurement Lead is responsible for tracking the supply chain schedule, mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
You provide Category Managers with continuous feedback on vendor performance and get their support in case of Purchase Orders (PO) execution issues related to strategic vendors or strategic categories
You manage the interface with the vendor during Purchase Order execution ensuring that vendors activities are managed in line with project priorities.
You drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term project objectives.
You develop the Procurement Strategy in accordance with lessons learned and input from Category Managers
You mentor more junior Project Procurement Leads and support their development.
You are responsible for setting up the Tendering strategy for the Purchase Request under consideration along with Buyer and Category Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet deadlines under pressure
Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain management software to track procurement processes and schedules.
Strong background in contract management and negotiation, particularly in high-value contracts with technical specifications.
Proven track record as Project Procurement Lead in managing supply chain packages for complex projects, including offshore, onshore, or subsea equipment.
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in oil and gas procurement and supply chain operations.
