The Fleet GPS Coordinator manages and optimizes the GPS tracking system for the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring accurate location monitoring, driver behavior analysis, route efficiency, and compliance with company policies. This role serves as the primary contact for GPS‑related issues, system updates and reporting, working closely with vendors, operations and fleet teams.
Ideal candidates hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, IT or a related field preferred. They bring at least two years of experience in fleet management, logistics or GPS system administration, are familiar with telematics and fleet‑tracking software, and possess strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills.

The position is salaried non‑exempt with a starting salary range of $50,000‑$60,000, plus overtime eligibility and potential bonus opportunities.
