Trash Collector - Evening Shift, Full Time

Description

• Empty bins, containers, and compactor to schedule as needed
• Collect and remove trash and recyclable from designated areas
• Operate trash compactors, balers, or other waste disposal equipment safely
• Report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, or spills to a supervisor immediately
• Follow all warehouse safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as loading docks, break rooms, and restrooms,
• Assist with other light janitorial or warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic understanding of safety practices and PPE requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50lbsand walk/stand for extended periods
• Previous warehouse, janitorial, or sanitation experience a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
